Stefan Nölker is the Managing Director (CEO) of FALC Immobilien GmbH & Co. Since September 2023, he has been responsible for the strategic development of the company and the franchise system in Germany with a focus on growth, quality and clear implementation strength in day-to-day business.
In addition to cross-industry experience, he has several years of practical experience within the FALC system and is equally familiar with the perspectives of the system headquarters and partners. His focus is on managing an efficient franchise system in such a way that partners become measurably more successful: through processes, tools, training, marketing expertise and consistent customer orientation.
